MASSAGE AND FASCIAPULSOLOGY® SESSIONS IN MARSEILLE
My experience as a professional dancer has given me an intimate understanding of the body—an understanding I’ve developed over time—of its mechanisms and how it should be maintained and cared for, striking a balance between support and gentleness, while constantly attuning to and respecting the body’s needs. My intuitive massage sessions are based on a keen awareness of the body—its tensions, its compensations, and what it seeks to express. Depending on your needs, I combine various techniques, including massage, relaxation, stretching, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and, of course, fascia work.
Fascia is a type of connective tissue that envelops, connects, and supports all of the body’s structures—muscles, organs, and bones. As a true internal communication network, it enables the body to regulate itself and transmit information from one area to another. When it is tight, stiff, or disrupted, it can cause pain, restrict movement, or slow recovery from an injury.
Fasciapulsology®, based on Cristian Carini’s method—which I am currently studying at the IFCC in Paris as part of a three-year training program—works deeply on this tissue to help the body regain mobility, relieve chronic tension, and support the natural recovery process for certain conditions or old injuries. It is suitable for everyone and addresses a wide range of issues, including digestive disorders, trauma, and stress. It helps release tension caused by daily life, poor diet, or physical or emotional trauma. “ Fasciapulsology®, one of the most effective manual therapies for treating fascia, uses touch to release traumatic memories from the body and mind. Fasciapulsology® fits naturally into an integrative health approach.” IFCC FRANC
